Role purpose
The Executive Assistant position provides EA support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and supporting the wider HR Leadership team with administration support. You will have the opportunity to be involved in global HR Projects.

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief HR Officer’s diary management and to manage global HR budget.  

To be successful in this highly challenging EA opportunity, you’ll learn quickly, have a vibrant, highly proactive approach and amazing attention to detail, coupled with exemplary organisation and communication skills. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Executive Assistant (EA) support to CHRO, including diary management, travel arrangements, administration, visitor management, Expenses
  • Support the organisation of the Global HR Leadership team through management of standard meetings agendas, schedules and travel. 
  • Be active member of the HR team providing where required project management support to global projects
  • Coordinate the tracking of international visitors to the London office (short term business visitors)
  • Work closely with other members of the Site Administration team to ensure effective management of the office.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information on behalf of the CHRO, Senior HR Leadership team and the Executive team.
  • Manage and control Global HR budget and spend on a monthly basis in conjunction with the Senior HR Leadership teams and Finance
  • Organise Global HR Meetings when required
  •  Generate and modify documents utilising standard IT packages e.g. letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets
Essential qualifications and experience
  • Previous experience of being Executive Assistant to an Executive Leader/Board Member
  • Strong experience of using Microsoft packages including but not exclusive to Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience of booking international travel via service provider including accommodation and ground transfers
