About The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide testing, evaluation and consultation on development and application programs by performing and reporting Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) investigations.

The candidate will be required to:
  • Lead NVH programs and projects, including provision of NVH expertise to external customers.
  • Plan, organize and execute all aspects of NVH investigations.
  • Evaluate and provide documentation of NVH tests including analysis of data.
  • Support NVH vehicle performance appraisal, presentations, demonstrations, and visits to customers.
  • Provide feedback to application engineering teams on NVH rig and vehicle performance and participation in NVH problem solving on development and application programs.
  • Ensure that NVH measurement equipment is maintained and calibrated to international standards and fit for purpose.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the NVH field

  • Familiar with NVH data acquisition hardware and software

  • Capability of generating reports on data recorded and analyzed, including conclusions and recommendations

  • Capability in driving and subjective evaluation of NVH vehicle performance
