About The Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a Manager - Transformation Projects within our Driveline Business Unit based in Germany. GKN Automotive is undergoing a significant transformationprocess and we are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can support our overall Transformation Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading cross-functional workstreams within our portfolio of strategic projects (strong emphasis on productivity improvement / operations projects)

  • Support VP Transformation Projects in steering portfolio of projects

  • Tracking and reporting of project status

  • Analyses on performance and health of transformation program

  • Support identification and setup of new projects

  • Provide hands-on support to select projects as needed

  • Conduct analyses of core business processes identifying improvement opportunities and driving implementation

  • Support annual strategy process refining strategic priorities for Driveline business unit

  • Support BU Leadership Team in communication to Executive Team and PE owner

Skills and experience required

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting, automotive or industrial organisations

  • Operations and/or transformation program experience essential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with affinity for numbers

  • Highly structured way of working

  • Good business acumen and quick perception; willing to deep dive into a variety of topics as needed

  • Strong communication skills at all levels

  • German and English language skills required
