As a Corporate Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the US International Payrolls for expatriates and Dallas corporate employee payroll.  The total population is less than 200.  This role is the administrator for ADP system with super user access and also provides effective analytical support to the Global Mobility & Aerospace Reward teams including the processing of Reward vendor invoices, and administrative processes and facilitate delivery of a high-quality service to the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dallas Payroll Administration (75% of time)

  • Responsibility for Dallas general, Dallas executive and International payroll (and shadow payroll) inputs including all tax and payroll requirements.  Inspecting registered and standard reports, gathering payroll data and preparing payroll management reports.
  • Manages the collation and distribution of payroll and benefit data for tax purposes on a quarterly basis, responds to basic questions from tax provider.
  • Coordinate America’s tax return compliance with external provider, responsible for tracking status of Tax Equalization payments and ensuring relevant payments and settlements, interacting with assignees of all seniority.
  • Support preparation of US year-end reporting requirements (W2s) and associated breakdowns. 
  • Completion of applications for US social security coverage (COC), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support Mexican tax settlement process for commuters and analysis of frequent travelers to Canada to identify potential risks
  • Maintain US employee and payroll files (both electronic and hard copy)
  • Manages supplier administration for key US suppliers, including recharges of relevant costs
  • ADP Systems Administrator.  ADP security and set-up support.  Review of error report and help resolve errors as needed.  Set-up user access to all systems as requested. Assist in set-up of new pay groups in Payroll.  Update new earnings codes/accumulators as requested.

Finance (25% of time)

  • Accounts Payable processing: allocation of company charges from the benefits pool
  • Health Account funding, administration and reconciliation
  • Assisting with completing divisions monthly benefit charges
  • Analyze benefit claims data and account for it as it relates to the benefit pool

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree,  OR in lieu of Bachelor's, Associate’s degree plus 8 years payroll experience may be considered
  • 3 years’ experience of US payroll or accounting. 
  • Previous experience using ADP EV5 to prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GKN Experience
  • Able to run ADP EV5 payroll and prepare required reports. 
  • Strong analytical abilities. 
  • Ability to analyze, compile and present accounting data in management reporting.
