In this role, you have the opportunity to support and manage the strategy, development and mainly execution of all marketing initiatives together with the Manager Marketing and Marketing colleagues at Fokker Services. You will be part of the marketing team. This team consists of specialists that work closely together with the business and organizations to manage the marketing process. You will be based in Hoofddorp (the Netherlands) and report to the Manager Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Supports and proactively manage the creation of the strategy, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives including email marketing, automation programs, and offline marketing.
  • Events Marketing – planning, organizing and overseeing the implementation and logistics of tradeshows and events.
  • Content Management: Write, edit and work cooperatively with internal stakeholders to create content for external channels, including website updates, and marketing tool-kit.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization such as email marketing and landing pages.
  • Track campaign ROI and provide insights for marketing based on data performance.
  • Coordinate and track SEO and SEA campaigns.
  • Develop social media plans and own the social media content calendar.
  • Manage social media channels, including publishing content and actively monitoring effectiveness and results. 

Responsibilities range from global projects at group level to high-impact projects within specific solution areas. Typical projects could be to identification and mapping of growth/ecosystem opportunities in a specific domain such as Aerospace.

Your skills and competences are:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-3+ years’ related experience.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills.
  • Has strong project management skills and the ability to manage a project from conception to delivery.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation or willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Social Advertising and Social Media.
  • Display Advertising and other digital campaigns Experience with A/B split testing.
  • Sharp editing, proofreading skills.
  • Strong organization and event planning skills.
  • Experience with paid social advertising platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive and positive team member, willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  •  Plus: Keen eye for design, experience with Adobe Creative Suite CC - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
