About The Opportunity
Part-time up to 25 hours per week. Flexible work schedule based on school.
The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance , and would have excellent Excel/Microsoft Office skills. Sharepoint knowledge and the ability to create macros to automate Excel processes would be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities
•Create a “library” of all Excel sheets and Power Point templates that are used to support critical commercial business processes.

•Review all business critical Excel templates used to support commercial and engineering and suggest opportunities to standardize.

•Using standard Excel functionality, protect Excel templates to prevent input errors, unintentional formula area, etc. (examples are: color coding input cells, locking formula cells)

•Ad hoc financial analysis information support – gather data required and supporting creation of price walks, cost walks, and other ad hoc analysis
Support other finance functions such as Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

•Business experience in an office setting is preferred.

•Strong computer skills, communication and customer service skills.

•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

•Self-starter with excellent problem solving skills.
Proven attention to detail.

•Fluent in English

•Ability to work independently
