What you’ll do:

  • Maintains safe & compliance along with healthy work environment.  Adheres to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations.  Addresses issues by alerting others regarding potential concerns.
  • Implement scheduled, preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Partner with production team to maximize plant uptime and throughput.
  • Keeps systems and equipment operating by implementing a preventive maintenance program.  In charge of leading operating and testing systems and equipment.
  • directs workers in electrical, mechanical, power transfer systems, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
  • Evaluates systems and equipment performance by advising with operating departments.
  • Make certain repairs on systems and equipment are complete with cost effective resources.
  • Improves systems and equipment performance by studying performance results.
  • Identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
  • Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data & trends.
  • Oversee critical spare parts and tools inventory.
  •  Industrial Maintenance Manager assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Oversee scheduled down times including all maintenance and inspections performed.
  • Manage multiple maintenance projects to completion with an agreed set of project goals and timelines.
  • Provide detailed reporting of progress to management.
  • Establish and maintain communication relationships within departments, ensuring efficient day to day operational decisions can be achieved.

 

 

About you:

 

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar educational discipline.
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience within a maintenance area.
  • U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

  • Experience troubleshooting maintenance problems and establishing Preventive Maintenance procedures
  • Experience with Resource (materials/tools) & Manpower (hours) estimating and management
  •  

  • GKN experience
  • Strong Computer use and MS Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Team Development
  • Scheduling/Auditing
  • Strong knowledge/certifications with OSHA
  • LEAN manufacturing experience
