About The Opportunity
Management Systems Coordinator position in Bowling Green, Ohio
Role Purpose: The Management Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintenance of the Management System, focused on all aspects and systems standards. (e.g.: ISO-14001, IATF-16949) and to ensure the overall compliance, through direction of auditing activities.
 

Essential

Associate Degree in Engineering or Business

Desirable

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business

 

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required

Essential

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with core quality tools, including MSA, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA and SPC
  • Experience/training with management systems
  • Accredited Auditor Certification

 

Desirable

  • Accredited Lead Auditor Certification
  • Experience working in Quality Function
  • Manufacturing process experience
  • Formal problem solving skills (5WHYs, 8D, fishbone, PPS, etc)
  • Knowledge of customer standards and specific requirements
  • Knowledge of Driveline products and processes
  • Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications (including GD&T)
  • Lean Principles, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma training

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand personal impact and supporting role for all management systems, communicate requirements of integrated management system to plant wide resources.
  • Support quality & risk team metrics and continuous improvement targets
  • Monitor and Maintain all internal auditing processes.
  • Interface with plant wide employees to understand / resolve management system issues.
  • Monitor and maintain document control and I-share (SharePoint system).
  • Monitor and maintain record and change control activities.
  • Support management system continuous improvement activities.
  • Support training and development of plant wide resources on Management system procedures.
  • Maintain and support customer requirements, metrics and satisfaction.
