Our customers, mainly airlines and engine/aircraft leasing companies are spread all over the world and we’re now looking for a colleague to our Customer Support team.


If yes, you now have the opportunity to join our department, Engine Services Sales and Customer Support. We are responsible for all Sales and Customer Support tasks related to aircraft and industrial gas turbine engine maintenance. You will be a part of a team consisting of six people focused on sales, customer support for customers maintaining their PW100-engine at the Trollhättan facility or at the customer’s site.

Key Responsibilities

Engine Services within GKN Aerospace Engine Systems, in Trollhättan, Sweden is looking for a Customer Support Manager responsible for the Pratt and Whitney engine PW100, that is a turbo-prop engine used on several aircraft types worldwide.


You will be responsible for a number of customers mainly in Europe and Asia. In your daily work you work as the interface between the customer and our repair and overhaul facility in Trollhättan, Sweden to make sure we meet the customers’ requirements and expectations. You’ll also be responsible for making sure that we meet our internal targets in order to improve our business. Another part of the job is to negotiate cost and lead-time on the services provided to the customer. In addition, the role requires great communication skills to interface internally and externally with customers.

- Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years working experience from similar position.
- You are structured and and well-organized with an ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- You are a driven self-starter with a pro-actvie mind-set.
- Ability to deliver tasks on-time.
