About The Opportunity

Development and continuous improvement of procurement processes and efficient utilization of available capacities and resources, in order to meet customer demand and optimise inventory.

Ensure compliance to policies, standards and governance of SC processes in particular and DES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of five team members

  • Control & develop the team as manager (including PDP, setting salaries etc.)

  • Create (ERP) and distribute (EDI) schedules to all suppliers for production material (approx.. 150 suppliers)
  • Ensure that inventory level RM meets target
  • Control inbound transports from an operational point of view
  • Control suppliers in case of supply issues
  • Ensure timely updates of all MRP master data and parameters
  • Check DSA-S and act on deviations
  • CI-work to improve supplier performance
  • CI-work to improve process performance including enhancements in ERP-system
  • Plan and execute MMOG audits
  • Manage issues within administrative failures from suppliers and transport damages
  • Manage custom reporting for goods import outside EU
  • GEMBA work within area of responsibility
  • Participate in management team for SC and contribute to the development of the entire SC-function


  • Good understanding in supply chain

  • Good leadership skills, a prior leadership experience would be an advantage

  • Good social skills, the ability to create effective networks.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Degree is preferred but not essential.

  • Experience from ERPLN is preferred but not essential.

  • Ability to handle multiple work tasks in a structured way.

  • A flexible and adaptable attitude
