About The Opportunity
As customer & product support you will play a key part for growing our business and to give our customer an excellent service. You will have attractive products of highest quality and a solid company with a strong organisation in your back that puts customer needs, innovation, quality and team spirit highest on the agenda. We believe that you are flexible and like high speed and various tasks during the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Close discussions with customers to give them technical and commercial solutions
• Follow-up outstanding offers and close the deal
• Support sales team
• Place orders in the system and secure requested delivery time
• Support telephone lines and expediting desk customers
• Purchasing of some products
• Participate in customers event such as exhibitions
• Return & claim handling
 
We are looking for someone with technical and commercial skills, with experience from B2B-sales and relevant technical education. We value documented and proven experience from the industry and knowledge in sales & order planning is important, when we strive for 100 % customer satisfaction. You can speak and write fluently in English and Swedish. You are familiar and can use CRM and MS office program. Knowledge in SAP and field service is a plus.
