About The Opportunity

As Technical Sales Engineer you will have full accountability for sales budget execution and stretch target for your accounts. You will drive the sales process from start to finish securing profitable growth. Large focus will be on your entrepreneurial spirit.


You will have attactive products of highest quality and a solid company with strong organisation in your back that puts customer needs, innovation, quality and team spirit highest on the agenda. We believe that you will motivate and build long term relationship with customers. Customers will mainly be in Sweden, but also in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

§  Execute and exceed sales budget

§  Develop sales plan for key accounts and build long-term growth

§  Have a healthy pipeline of opportunities

§  Strong drive to increase hit-rate

§  Drive customer projects internally

We are looking for someone with technical and commercial skills, with experience from B2B-sales. We value documented and proven experience from the industry and knowledge in sales & order planning is important, when we strive for 100 % customer satisfaction. You can speak and write fluently in English and Swedish (Norwegian is a plus). You are familiar and can use CRM and MS office program. Knowledge in SAP is a plus.

You need to be self-driven and take personal responsible for succeeds. You also have the ability to be proactive and good in communication to contribute to the development of the business.
