About The Opportunity

Role Purpose

Responsible for generation and first line analysis of Managment information (MI) within the Control Tower Location to support the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

        • Produce management information (MI) across the Control Tower to identify potential risks in costing, invoicing and reporting

        • Analyse key reports and exceptions to provide target actions for operations teams to resolve based on current business focus

        • Provide support to Modal Managers in the identification of root couses and facilitate training and/or communications where appropriate to Operations Staff and/or suppliers

        • Escalate where Operations teams are not compliant with improvement plans

        • Support the production of monthly operations A3 report

  • Standardisation of inputs in to core systems  (eg Cargowise)

  • Management of tariffs, both cost and sales

  • Creation of customer monthly reports  to support the Key Account Managers (KAMS)

  • Proactive management of NCRs and preparation of corrective actions

  • Quality audit management and responsibility

  • Re-enforce and maintain a culture to deliver continuous improvement to improve customer service.

  • Take a leading role in CI activities with both customers and colleagues.

  • Interface for BPO activities

  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion in line with Company guidelines
